Refund policy

Every NERQOVI piece is printed for you after you order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

If the item is wrong, we make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it free or refund you in full — your choice.

To claim: email shopnerqovi@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the shipping bag. You do not need to ship anything back.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order only before production begins, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us immediately. Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows delivered when it isn't, email us within 30 days of the last tracking update and we will investigate and replace or refund.

Incorrect addresses

We cannot reroute a package after production begins. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout will need to be repurchased.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
