Shipping policy

Every NERQOVI piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

Production: typically 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Timing can run longer during busy seasons and holidays.

Delivery: once your order leaves production, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location within the United States. Your tracking email will show the carrier's estimate.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Addresses: we cannot change or reroute an address once production begins. Orders shipped to an incorrect address will need to be repurchased. Please check your address carefully at checkout.
